All content, including the 3D Shed Configurator, logos, images, and text on timberridgeshed.com, are the exclusive property of Lynchburg Transport, Inc. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any site assets for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

2. A2P SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging & Consent

By providing your phone number and checking the opt-in box, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Lynchburg Transport, Inc.

Purpose: Communications may include project quotes, order status updates, scheduling notifications, customer service messages, and promotional offers.

3. Order Process and Pricing

Quotes: Price quotes are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.

Custom Orders: Orders for custom structures (including modular homes and custom garages) require a non-refundable deposit as specified at the time of purchase.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to material surcharges or market fluctuations prior to order finalization.

4. Delivery, Site Preparation, and Permits

Permits: The customer is solely responsible for obtaining all required building permits and ensuring compliance with zoning laws, covenants, or HOA regulations.

Site Readiness: Delivery sites must be level (within 6 inches) and free of obstructions. A “Dry Run” fee may apply if the site is not ready upon arrival.

Access & Property Damage: We are not responsible for damage to lawns, driveways, or underground utilities (including septic systems or sprinklers) when delivery requires travel over unpaved or non-reinforced surfaces.

Weather: Deliveries may be rescheduled due to inclement weather to protect property, personnel, and equipment.

5. Warranties and Liability

Our products include manufacturer and workmanship warranties (e.g., 50-year siding, 30-year roofing). Warranties are limited to repair or replacement of defective materials and do not cover damage caused by Acts of God, misuse, neglect, normal wear, or unauthorized alterations.
